"Wow, where to begin? I booked a king bed suite for two nights months beforehand. Afterwards, I invited a buddy to join us assuming there would be a sofa in our suite. There was not. Cue awkward moment on the 12th floor upon entry. Went down to the front desk to explain the dilemma. Ben at the front desk literally could NOT have been more helpful and understanding. "A comfortable hotel in a great location for a great price. The room was small, but that was fine, since I was by myself. Regardless, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, as it's walking distance to all kinds of shopping, bars, and restaurants. And parking is right across the street."

"Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit. "

"I've stayed here before and did enjoy my stay for an overnight visit. The food at the restaurant is good for a quick bite. There was an issue with with the tub and sink, I mentioned it to the front desk and the concierge when I called in. They were able to compensate me for the trouble. When I stayed here before I had 0 issues. I will go back as it is convenient location wise and all the staff are very friendly. This was the only time I've ever had an issue hence the 4 stars and not 5."

"We were there for the NFC championship game and although Albert, the bartender was working as hard as he can, the bar restaurant area was very under staff for the amount of people that were in the hotel that night. Would’ve thought it would’ve been better staff, knowing what possibly would happen at the end of the game"

"Loved the old vintage style! The convenient location, but not enough food choices in the hotel .We arrived late coming from Colorado, but by the time we were checked in and settled nothing in the hotel or in the area was open for dining or room service.We had to have our food delivered at the lobby ! "

"Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The 24hr shuttle service was really great when I needed a ride late at night. Made my flight getting cancelled and unable to get home more tolerable. Thank you! "

"We had a nice visit to this beautiful, waterfront home, and appreciated the host very much. The views from the beach were lovely. Unfortunately, we were woken several times overnight one night by ships’ foghorns as they passed by- every few hours. Even the white noise machines (a thoughtful touch) didn’t help. Not sure how to predict when the ships come through, but we slept soundly the second of our two nights there. The area is otherwise very quiet- we barely saw anyone else around. The...
