"Short story- upon arriving , Westgate Resort had cancelled our reservations (a glitch in the system). The VRBO owner, Roy, went above and beyond expectations to verify the issue was corrected. (a very lengthy process). Here are the CONS: Check in at the resort is a mad house. There is absolutely inadequate parking for check in! I do not like the presentation of waiting in line and then being chaperoned to the sales area for an aggressive aka sales manager to attempt to sale you anything he...

"From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the staff was helpful and friendly. The condo was freshly clean and neat! Everything was in order, as it should be! The owners was very nice during the process of booking and checking in, just very sweet people! We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown Gatlinburg, and we loved the hot tub and heated pool, at resort! We will be back!"

"West gate was amazing! The 2 1 bedroom suites worked out perfect for us. The view from balcony was awesome. We loved the water park and the infinity pool. Alex was very helpful when I had questions! Only downfall were the bears! Very cool to see them every night or morning but a little too close for comfort."

"Trip is always fun. Only issue was housekeeping didn't stock the normal items sk we had to call front desk a few times and they were slow getting us items. Owners are wonderful to work with."

"We came for a baseball tournament and decided to stay in the mountains. The views were amazing! We had two connecting rooms which was nice. Lots to do at the resort. Kids loved the water park. Was nice to have a full size washer dryer in each room as well as a full kitchen. The restaurant on the grounds was a great option for early mornings. Had one small issue but was taken care of quickly. Host was very responsive before, during and after our stay."
