"Our suite had been newly renovated. So the pictures online may be older. New stainless appliances, fireplace, new bathroom tile. Everything was new and fresh. Parking was easy. Great view of mountains. Out by itself but close to eveyrhting you would want to see and do. The lady at check in was not very hospitable. Not very friendly or welcoming. I feel like it is important to have friendly welcoming check in and assitance. Thats the only problem I had. "

"Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom,etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days. It was a bit annoying to have to get the time...

"Very friendly we had an awesome stay. We enjoyed the pool and activities as well as the site seeing we done. Close to the things we wanted to do while we was there. During the check-in process, the receptionist said she couldn't program our keys so we had to go to the other side of the lobby to get the keys programmed by someone else.
