"I saw a lot of ants in the room crawling on the table. Ceiling have crack. Water pressure in the bathroom seems low. I requested to change the bedsheet and pillowcases after 5 days since i booked my room for 9 days. "

"Great experiance here. It is a large house in a gated residential neighborhood; sort of like a Bed and Breakfast crossed with an international travelers hostel. I met people from four different countries. Food is very European and atmosphere was welcoming. The owners are very nice and everything worked. I will be returning for the food alone."

"I booked the room for 5 people. When we arrived for check in, we were to that only 4 people could stay at the booked price and we would have to pay an additional P500 for the 5th person! So we paid it because we had no choice. This is >very wrong!!!"

"This is an older property so don’t expect all the modern amenities. The room was spacious however the Air Conditioning unit was noisy and very old. The A/C wall unit must be replaced as it’s in a terrible condition and the noise it created is unbearable. Otherwise the staff are extremely nice and helpful and the coffee shop attached to the building serves good coffee "

"Great price, good AC unit (keep room cold). Very basic. Its a shelf and a bed. Staff is friendly enough, and though dated and right next to the slums it feels pretty safe. The building and decor are seem super old and alot of lights are left off- likely to save the hotel money. There's a simple shop in the lounge where you can buy chips, noodles, water, etc for 10-50 php each. You can also buy personal toiletries like soap here- which is nice since the hotel doesn't include any complimentary...

"Its not the most fancy place, but definitely good for budget travel. Good location in the busy and historic street of the city. Though the street itself can get crowded. The only thing is my room did not have much of a window so could not get any natural lighting. The curtain can't seen to be moved. "
