"The breakfast was really good with a beautiful view of the lake and sunrise. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Parking was gated and secured during the night."

"Excellent location! However, being on the second floor makes it very noisy since you are across from Centrale! Room was nice but sink and shower were clogged on the first night! Staff were helpful and fixed it. Temperature in the room was fixed to a very high 25.5 Celsius and you could not change it! The air circulation was not that great, even on manual setting!"

"Check in was a breeze. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Location is very good with a big supermarket 5 minutes away. There is also line 3 underground metro 8 minutes away which gives easy access to the whole city. The room is a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very clean and have all essentials. Would book again if I back in town."

I think it did not happen during late night. I think this only happen for lower floor. So try to ask for a high floor if you are a light sleeper. 2. The hotel has a self service laundry room. There is only one washer/dryer there. The day when we try to use. Looks like the hotel employee is also using it to wash a lot bath robes....
