"This lodging was perfect for visiting the park. Facility was clean, quiet, our room was spacious, & the staff very friendly. They let us know about evening lantern event, and breakfast available for purchase at 9am in a cafe near by. Location in the park is convienent for some travelers without transportation visiting the park. It was a short hike from the bus stop at the museum. Could use a sign at the bottom of hill on bus route for lodging location. Of the park workers we asked, no one seemed...

"Hello. I was able to extend my stay by two weeks but I had to contact the management company directly. The people were nice and the process was relatively painless. To do this through Expedia would’ve been more troublesome, I think. The part about GGH that I did not like was when the cleaning staff would come in a clean things up. "Not only was the property clean, easy to locate, walkable and quiet but the lady who runs the hotel is an absolute sweetheart. The breakfast she made us was better than a lot of the food I was eating at restaurants. I would recommend this stay to anyone. "

"I telephoned the contact number the day before I arrived. I was given a padlock number. When I arrived at the guest house, I unlocked the padlock to discovered it was like a bedsit accommodation. It was not a guesthouse or even a hotel. There was nothing much to do in Kitanode and it took about 1.5 hours to get to Osaka. So all in all I wouldn't stay here again because it was too far out from Osaka and as I was on my own I felt isolated."

"This place is a hidden gem. It is perfect for one or two travellers as the rooms are small but wide enough. The common space offers everything necessary for a good stay (fridge, water, kitchen, 300 yen washing machine, microwave...). Well located near green line and has a 7Eleven at 50 meters. Two rooms only so the common space is well enough. I highly recommand this accommodation."
