"Fantastic service. The checkin was super easy and efficient. The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it.
