"Staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was great. Views of Mt Sakurajima were absolutely beautiful which is partly why I booked. I opted for a room with private onsen as I have tattoos. The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls.
