"The resort was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and friendly. My only dislikes where the size of the beds, they seemed a little small and although we went in December and the weather was beautiful the pool water was quite cold. Not sure if anything can be done about that ( heated pools ) but other than that, we definitely enjoyed our stay."

"Lazy, careless attitudes abundant around the property especially during the tour. We had no idea what the property offered until the last day when we stumbled on visitors that did the catamaran ride. Very inattentive employees in the cafeteria and in all restaurants. Had to speak out at both bars when we wanted a drink...Just sat one time for over 10 minutes upon walking up and sitting down with absolutely NO greeting...Or offer for drinks. "This was our first all inclusive experience and it left a little to be desired for us. We aren't huge drinkers so we were after quality and not quantity for the drinks but that seemed like the opposite most of the time at the resort, at best the drinks lacked consistency. We enjoyed our room and it's mini bar more than the other bars. The veggie bar was awesome and the grotto area was our favorite place to hang out. The New Years Eve party was fun and the room service was great. "

"This hotel is a different world, and one of the few places where they have every detail down perfectly. The service could not be better, and if you’ve been to Jamaica previously and seen the sights, there simply is no reason to leave the hotel grounds. We especially like Cottages 3 and 4, but have not stayed in a bad room yet. The private beach is perfect, as is the beach bar (“Teddy’s”). Croquet, anyone? Please don’t forget to pack your whites.
