"Poor hotel. i have stayed in many budget hotels and I do not expect luxury since I am paying budget. But even if you are budget, you must have at least some standard of comfort and service. Aircon not working. Informed staff and they did not bother. No towels. Told the staff and they did not send. Cold shower. told them and they did not bother. Slept in stuffy and hot room, dried myself with my own clothes and showered in cold water."

"The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."

"Rooftop restaurant and observation deck were great. We viewed Taj Mahal during sunrise from rooftop was super easy and fun. 15 minute walk to east gat of Taj M was super convenient. Front desk arranged tour guide and taxi for us made things super easy and reasonable prices. Air conditioning was pretty weak, needed ceiling fan on to sleep and wasn’t hot outside during February visit. "
