"Any five-star review is fake. This was the worst "hotel" we stayed at in all of India. Do NOT believe the photos of the nice rooms - they don't exist. Only filthy, smokey rooms falling apart. No wifi, far from the city and completely fake advertisement. Stay far, far away from this establishment. "

"Booked this hotel as it was near the Taj Mahal and had a restaurant, roof top bar and pool. Booked for family of four over Xmas period. On arrival staff were polite but appeared at a loss that they had guest booking in. We quickly found out that the restaurant was not in working order and the pool and roof bar were also not usable. The hotel was unclean and appeared to be still in construction with boarding still up blocking doorways. We had two rooms, both freezing cold and no heaters. Both...

"The stay was satisfactory, but the bathroom was not clean, and the shampoo and body wash dispenser were broken. Additionally, hot water required multiple requests, and even then, it was not adequately hot."

"This place is dusgusting, hot water, smelly bathrooms, mosquitos, dirty and worn sheets n towels... stained. Staff turn A/C off externally, and power to rooms so if phone on charge... it don't charge. Restaurant staff don't understand toast n jam on menu, and charge extra for butter. My rooms cost me £24 per night 2 rooms single occupancy, so £96 advertised at £12 pernight some places... not worth £12 "Very close to Taj Mahal" was the only positive thing can be said. "
