"Excellent facility. The staff there are very helpful especially the concierge desk . He recommended excellent dinner restaurant and breakfast place. The location of the hotel is not ideal. With the help of the staff, all the minor issues were resolved beautifully. I have no complaints. "

"Can only park in street if you drive, but only a few parking available and tainan is very strict in street parking, room is clean but many insects as it is an old house. Very good experience living here with tainan old house local culture. They have few receptions and building, did not know we are living in another building nearby on first floor only stairaccess."
