"Family trip. Efficient check In , clean room although a bit humid when first entering the room, had to open the window for air to circulate a bit, fortunately not much of street noise. The hotel does not provide toothpaste and toothbrush which I find it a bit annoying since I check in late at night had to rush out to buy the toiletries from a local convenience store . Other hotels I frequent have an emergency toothbrush kits available at lobby upon request. I hope the management can be more...

"The location is good if MRT and bus are available (unfortunately the MRT and bus were not in service on the day when we arrived because of Kangrui typhoon so we had to take taxi from HRT station), the staffs are very helpful. We walked outside for most of the daytime and just used the hotel for sleeping. It is worth of the value. By the way, the hotel provides washer and dryer for free even though the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a small load of the clothes."

"The room was spacious and great for a few short days. Although while spacious the amenities it isn’t utilizing the space well enough. For example I wish they added a few more shower hooks. There was only 1 hook by the sink so it’s either for hand towel or bath towel. There’s not enough counter space for your bath products. "Clean, nice rooms, "wet" bathroom. Great location by the canal, close to the Anping District. Good selection of local food (read: very little western) in the buffet breakfast. WiFi was very spotty and unreliable in the room. Still, a very nice experience. "

"Great hotel, super clean but I wouldn’t recommend anybody beyond 5”10 to go. The ceiling is extremely low when it comes down to showering and you might have to bend down the whole time. They don’t provide early check in or luggage deposit, be aware of your own timings."

"There are many choices for food, especially for international guests around the hotel, as well as some amusement stores. Staffs are also very nice! However, there was a cleaning issue on the first day since there were some hairs on the beds and toilet. Anyway, the staff cleaned it later. "This hotel is centrally located in Tainan. It is easy to get to from the main train station by foot, bus or taxi/Uber. It is about a 30 minute ride via Uber from the HSR station and about 40 minutes by express bus. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will greet you every time you pass through the lobby! The room is pretty clean although I did find some high dust. You'll want to run a tissue across the surface of anyplace you want to hang something. (over the shower stall or clothes rack)...
