"I like that it was in the nice and clean part of town. There is a 7-11 and Starbucks across the street. I like that I had access to cable TV. The AC was cold. The bed is big. I like the desk and chair because I was able to do some work. I like the waterfall shower and a regular sized shower and I liked the glass divider instead of a shower curtain. "The air conditioning unit was not working properly because there is at least 2 inches of dust inside the filter. I fixed the shower as the head fell out and the knob to turn the water on broke. And I also fixed the toilet hose and the little chain that is used to flush broke. So I changed that. Also screwed back the soap holder as it was not even attached to the wall anymore.
