"We will return here! May 2025 • If and when we return here, this is the hotel I will choose again to stay. This was our first experience here. We normally stay at Makati Shangrila, but now, it's Dusit Thani! Every staff member, from Front entrance security, to door greeters, to Front desk, Concierge, Pantry Restaurant, Restroom attendants, maintenance staff, and most of all, the kindest, perfect Housekeeping staff you will ever come across! Well done, Dusit Thani! I just have one complaint: the windows of the hotel rooms need cleaning badly. We stayed on the 9th floor, my sister on the 11th floor, and another on the 12th. All rooms had windows that need some attention to be cleaned. Location is perfect and I wanted to take pictures looking out of my room, but the dirty and heavily polluted windows from the streets, made it impossible. Each floor has its own walkable ledge, so hi-rise window cleaners are not needed. Just cleaning staff to stand outside without ropes or scaffolds. Maybe it’s just too dangerous to consider but, everything else in and around the hotel, just WONDERFUL and beautiful."

"Enjoyed our stay, wanted to go around Poblacion so it had the right location. Too bad they didnt offer discount for onsen spa which incidentally charged 500 pesos for a massage on a holiday :("

"We’ve stayed regularly the past few years, and staff takes the trouble to recall our names and even that we prefer outside dining at the plentiful breakfast buffet. Coffee shop at the lounge is faster than Starbucks! Enjoy the rooftop view at sunset for cocktails or a meal. Rooms are clean and roomy enough for an extended business trip. Easy access to walk or taxi to meetings. I like that drinking water is provided in a spouted jug, rather than wasting so many plastic bottles. The kitchenette is set up for cooking meals during a stay, not just warming up restaurant leftovers, and we walked to grocery stores. Besides restaurants in Ayala North mall and Greenbelt, plenty of fun eateries within several blocks; we tried Japanese, British pub, and Indian this trip in addition to Filipino food. We’ll be back!"

"Hotel was situated next to Greenbelt 3 so it was accessible to everything you need. Buffet breakfast was amazing with variety of options to choose from. The staff were amazing and cannot be faulted in any way. Overall, i highly recommend this place."
