"This wonderful little cottage in the woods is the perfect place to relax, explore the dune reserve and get away from it all. You are woken by birds and apart from the wind in the trees, that's the only sound. The house is well equipped and in the perfect location for stroll to the nearby town of Schoorl, or as a base for exploring the surrounding area of dunes and forests and of course, the amazing golden beaches. "Wir haben hier im Sommer 24 eine tolle Woche verbringen dürfen. Die Unterkunft bietet auch im Detail alles, was man für die Ferien braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allenfalls das Rufen der Esel auf dem Hof oder ein paar Vögel sind zu hören. Ideal, um sich auszuruhen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben immer ein offenes Ohr und auch mal Überraschungen wie selbstgeräucherten Fisch bereit. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!"

"Everything about this stay was perfect. The tents were fantastic, really comfortable and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The location was brilliant, it was really peaceful and the countryside was gorgeous, it was close enough to visit Amsterdam too. Our 2 year old loved playing in the park and trampolining. "If you are looking at this apartment, book it now. It was a perfect base for exploring the north of the country. The hosts were very helpful and gave us many suggestions on what to see in the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is well equipped with everything you might need. We did miss that there were no towels but that was easily fixed by the hosts. Our mistake for not reading the listing carefully. We would certainly stay here again."
