"Cute farmhouse has a wonderful pool and hot tub! It’s on the outskirts of Luray, so plan on driving a bit to see the sights but it’s nice and quiet. There’s lots of levels to spread out in the house. Owner was very responsive and helpful with local suggestions of things to do and places to go. We enjoyed Skyline Drive in Shenandoah State Park that was about an hour from the house. "

"This was an absolutely stunning house near Old Rag Mountain. The kitchen was gorgeous with high-end appliances, and the house was clean. Beautiful, open spaces and porch and screened-in porch as well. The owner was extremely helpful and and answered all my questions. Perfect for my family (2 kids and spouse). "We had an amazing weekend at John's farmhouse. The old farmhouse has so much character and the antiques were just wonderful. Watching the sunrise every morning come over the mountain was just amazing. If you are looking to get away to a place that's quiet, peaceful and tranquil then you need to stay at John's. The creek runs through the property and is a lovely walk. We will definitely be coming back. "

"Our daughter was getting married at a vineyard nearby. The location of our rental was only 3 mi away. The whole house was spotless and comfortable! Our oldest children came from all over the country and it made the occasion doubly special to be able to stay together. The kitchen is well equipped for us to make a huge meal. "This was our second trip to Luray, first was about 6 years ago. The location is just where we wanted to be, in the country. Lots of Deer and Turkey were just next door and the Skyline Drive was only a few miles away, so riding my motorcycle to and from was a piece of cake. The house has everything you need and was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. I can't say enough about this property and we can't wait to come back!!"
