"I always find these apartments a great location for my work & with parking available even better. I arrived to a warm apartment but with a fan in the room & turned on, which was appreciated. The electric charging in the car park was not working so I was unable to charge my vehicle, I had this issue last time & noticed that no one else was charging. A suggestion of improvement would be to include which building you are in by talking about the car park, if you arrive by car it isn’t always...

"Perfect for my needs. Very simple check in much quicker than a hotel. Parking on drive great room en suite. Host a sound guy. Perfect for kew station and the gardens. I will stay here next summer when i visit london for the gardens"

"Comfortable, homely and quiet place to stay. Central Richmond and the river is a few minutes walk away, easy access to the station for heading into London, and about 20 mins walk to Kew Gardens. Chris was friendly and keen to make sure we had a good stay. "

In fact the owner told us we could unload our car by the door and then move the car to a public car, what they didn't say was that we would get fined if we parked too long! As the keyholder did not turn up for half an hour, we have been told that we will be fined. ...

"A short walk to tube station and Kew Gardens. Nice street with a variety of restaurants and shops. The property was clean and had all the appliances we needed and more. Plus a nice deep bathtub."

Parking space took some finding - its behind the property, and under trees so expect your car to get covered in all sorts! The property listing didn't say there was a washing machine, but there is. A microwave would be a useful addition. I would have appreciated knowing that the hot water was turned off and how to turn it on. "

"We had a fantastic stay on the Thames in Richmond! Incredible location that is just a few steps from cafes, restaurants, and pubs! Was a great fit for our family of four, and the separate rooms for the toilet and shower actually made our routines more efficient. The Nespresso coffee pods, quart of milk, and prosecco were a welcome gift when we arrived! "Property cancelled on us at 0031 the day of our booking. Weren’t able to get other accommodation which meant that we had to cancel our whole trip and lost money for trains and gig tickets "

"This stay was amazing! Great kitchen and laundry included. Both bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of space. Entry stairs into the apartment were a bit steep and narrow, but once inside it was worth it! Catching transportation was easy and great coming in from Heathrow. If we come back I'd definitely return to this place! And the pub next door, The Globe, was so friendly with fantastic food!"

"We were sceptical about this one because of some reviews, but it was lovely. Very clean beautiful reception area, with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was cosy and clean with nice tea making facilities and a handy mini fridge. Bedding was clean, neat and fresh. We had a nice view onto the street. Air conditioning worked fine. Shower room was clean and stocked with nice toiletries and soft towels. Breakfast had a great range, from English breakfast to continental options. We tried a bit of everything over our stay and it was all great, the staff were also very diligent, cleaning up tables immediately and making sure everything was regularly stocked up with fresh options. We especially loved the bacon and sausages, and the croissants were great! As others have mentioned, there is a slight musty smell in the corridor, but only there. It is fresh and clean-smelling everywhere else, and the room had no smell. Both lifts worked fine. It is a lovely older building and the staff clearly work hard. Very reasonable price for such a great area. They refreshed our room nicely, and the team were great, looking after our bags while we waited for our train etc. Best of all was the location, literally less than 5 mins from Gloucester Road tube station so we could get everywhere with ease. Only a short walk from Kensington high street and the palace. We had a great time and would stay again, we had a double room, room 205 and couldn't really fault it! Thank you! 👍"
