"There were issues with obtaining the checkin details in a timely manner. Property only superficially clean set in a not very pleasant location with an appalling access road. The boiler was extremely smelly and there were no instructions for the heating. Towels were totally inadequate in this day and age."

"A fabulous house for a truly lovely break away. Lovey spacious accommodation, done to a very high standard. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend it and we hope to go back. Do try to arrive in daylight hours as it is not the easiest to navigate in the dark."

"Beautiful home set in a very picturesque setting. Out in country but close enough to all the places you'd want to go visit. Several great places to eat within a few miles as well as some fun pubs and many historical sites close by. House has all the modern conveniences. Great beds and comfy towels. House has a well stocked kitchen with everything you'll need. (not food of course), a great patio area with a fire pit (with plenty of wood on hand) and a Weber type bbq. "The place is super quaint and clean. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Not a lot in town to eat, the one pub was not recommended, so be sure to plan meals accordingly. Easy drive to train station. Parking was limited and a bit far away."

"Poorly maintained, master bedroom door handle was on top of the cupboard and the shower hose leaks. Not enough electrical sockets to provide power to laptop and lights. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Bed was very squeaky. Overall adequate for its purposes and met expectations. Wifi details provided were incorrect, but its on the hub so managed. TV was only usable with youtube as its the only service available that didn't require signing in. No live digital channels available. ...
