The views from the main room and master suite were breathtaking. The owners were very responsive and communicative. "We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Craftsman! The home is beautiful and clean, great kitchen, two full bathrooms, and lots of space. It is super close to downtown (15 minute walk or a few minutes drive). We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone!"

"Our stay was great. I think, It’s located within the wintergreen resort properties. so it’s secluded yet lots of cabins around to make you feel safe. The house itself is well stocked with kitchen gadgets, from basics like coffee maker to air fryer, grinder etc. All the bedrooms are in the lower floor and they could use some updates. The bedrooms had a musty smell when entering. But there are air purifiers in the room, which was helpful to remove the smell. Apart from that we had a great stay....

"This home did not disappoint. We had everything we could possibly need. I loved the little signs around the home that explained different things. The welcome basket was a very nice touch. It was warm and cozy. There are just so many nice little touches you just need to rent this beautiful home and experience them for yourselves. Probably one of the best homes we have ever rented to be quite honest. Check it out you won't be disappointed."

"We traveled X-country from TX to meet up with our adult daughter & her partner, who traveled down from NJ, and we decided that western Virginia was a good place to hold our reunion just before Christmas. We were lucky to find Bud's Place. It is a lovely home, nicely decorated for Christmas, & there were plenty of spaces for us to be together to eat, play, or hang out, as well as places for us to retreat to for some privacy or work. "This was our second stay here, and, again, it was the perfect house with the perfect location. The weather wasn't all that great for skiing, but luckily it had been the weeks leading up to our stay so there was plenty of skiing to be done. The house has all of the amenities you can think of. It is well stocked and comfortable."
