"Getting to and from the hotel with out a car is very expensive. Even taking city bus which is paid for by hotel, there are many steep hills or steps to climb up from train station. Checked in the staff very nice. In room. No toilet paper, not even an empty roll. Had to go ask for it. The room had paper garbage under table. Breakfast was included but not much to speak of. I would never go back. Legs all bit up in the morning. Bed very uncomfortable and room very tiny. "

"Stayed here for a night before getting the Bernina Express to Tirano. 5 mins on bus from Chur Station. Bonus that there was an Amazing McDonalds underneath. TV in room, clean, good view from balcony."

"Had a great time with friends and children at this hotel. The pool and kids rooms are great. The breakfast was good but would have loved more home made or local options. We had booked a comfort appartement which was the good size for a family of 4. However, in the bedroom, we had 2 separate twin beds for adults (in each corner of the room), which I found a bit odd. Apart from that, the view was stunning! "

"We booked to stay in the hotel's annex that was a five minute walk from the main hotel. On arrival at the annex there is a self check in that allocates your room. The room was large and had everything you would expect to find i.e kettle, safe etc. We were staying for four days and the room was cleaned each day. Breakfast was served in a nearby building. Located in Wilderswil just outside of Interlaken, it was ideally placed to see the local attractions. Would I stay again and recommend this...

"Quiet, comfy, spacious. Enjoyed the balcony and the backyard garden area. 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Complimentary pass for riding local buses. Several good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk."

"The property was clean but it was old. All the furniture and appliances were maybe over 30 years and it was like staying in the 1950. But my wife liked the breakfast. The staff were great and helpful. But the hotel itself needed renovation."
