"We were a family group of 12 celebrating Mums 90th birthday. The barns were very comfortable, plenty of room, clean with everything you could want for a relaxing stay. We cooked everyday including a couple of BBQs. The estate is great for walks, visiting the lovely animals and the local cafe and bar was very welcoming. Two of our group were in wheelchairs and all was accessible. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Estate is a short drive 20/30 mins to all the lovely Cotswolds villages."

"Steve and Dawn were so amazing throughout - from our planning until the end of our star. We were a bit concerned that the stores will be closed and stressing about what to eat over Christmas and Boxing Days. Dawn checked the stores across the street and even purchase milk and bread for us. They are very sweet and communicative throughout. "

"Such a beautiful property right on the lake. It was perfect for our family get together and the teens loved being able to take their paddle boards straight off the jetty onto the lake. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well. Great support from orion holidays on site. Replaced the bedding for my sister within half an hour to help her allergy! Amazing team"

"This is a very well equipped apartment above a barn in Cerney Wick. We stayed a couple of nights to attend a wedding and found the apartment to be immaculately clean, with all amenities we would need. It is larger than it looks in the pictures and the bedroom is a fully separate room, with an en suite. It is within easy reach of the Cotswolds Water Park, where we went for some meals and the pub in the village (The Crown) has a great Indian restaurant. Would highly recommend this place for a...

"Our family had a wonderful time staying at this terraced house just off Botley RD. It was newly renovated. Beautiful furnishings, new carpets and flooring, a great bathroom, lovely new kitchen. The under the floor heating was excellent. The bedrooms upstairs were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.The accommodation has parking for your car. We then just walked into the city of Oxford.There is a playground close by and also several supermarkets which is handy.Wish we could have stayed...
