"House was great. Property was well maintained and clean. Kitchen well appointed. Comms with owner were prompt. We had everything we needed (and then some!) to enjoy family time on the water…memories were made and look forward to going back in the warmer months!"

"We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience."

"This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding."

"This house was perfect in every way. They really did think of everything and went out of their way to make sure our stay was fantastic. Communication was great from the beginning and nothing was over looked. The house was spotless, comfy and had more amenities than what is even listed. If my group ends up back in that area we will certainly be looking to stay here again. "

"This was the perfect spot for our family of six to stay for our Newport vacation. We were cozy and comfortable with areas to sit and chat or play games together. The kitchen came in very handy. We were centrally located and walked to the cliffs and mansions. And we had plenty of space with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Would highly recommend!"
