"I am waiting for "Stayz" to resolve this. I only put stars becase we had to but we did not stay. We called "Stayz" to advise that the hosts were not contactable. We had no way of checking in. We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. "The inside was clean and it was self contained with all the necessary useful items, including oil, salt and pepper. The small things often not available and requires you to purchase a large amount for a short stay. "

"We make regular visits to Perth from the South West with our family and have stayed in many holiday apartments and houses. Without doubt this was the best we have ever stayed in. "As soon as I walked in the door I was so happy to be staying here. A wonderfully designed space, nice and bright but also a dark room for sleeping with black out curtains (a must for a great nights sleep for me!). Loved the grassy area outside and the place was nice and quiet. Perfect location to walk up to local shops and the beach! Really loved the stay and Martine was amazing with communication! "This property was clean, comfortable and quiet. It has a convenient location close to several shopping shopping centres and main arterial roads. Quite a few things that were listed in the information folder were missing...including scissors. No major drama and too insignificant to be worried about.
