"The adorable beach house was the perfect place to spend the weekend and we wouldnt hesitate to go back. The house was clean and fully stocked with anything we could need from kitchen amenities to comfortable beach chairs. With just steps away from the beach it was convenient and was also very relaxing to sit on the porch and hear the waves crash at night. The owner was easy to communicate with and truly cared if we enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend booking."

"My husband and I stayed here for three nights and it was delightful. It is so conveniently located to the harbor and shops. And the owner thought of everything from snacks to info about the area to various sundries in case you forgot anything. Just be sure you are comfortable with stairs as the main bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is on the lower floor. There is a pullout couch downstairs in case this is an issue for you. "Can't say enough about how great this rental is. Even with bad weather it is in a beautiful location, so quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and cozy, comfy bed and nice kitchen. "The location of Moot Point couldn't be better! Great Neck is a quiet enclave and very special because of the abundance of nature right in the neighborhood! Also a great jumping point to Cape Ann and other surrounding destinations. The cottage was clean and beds comfy.
