"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

"Great staff at reception, accommodating and friendly, after a long delayed journey on a Bank Holiday Easter Sunday. Was able to retrieve quickly my online check-in and my two separate reservations for consecutive days. Visible improvements under the new management, with small but valuable ideas and consistency. "The staff was very welcoming. We arrived a bit early and they gave the kids a puzzle activity and candy as a “prize”. The rooms were very clean and a good size. The building has some older charm and is well maintained. This is truly a good value based on an excellent combination of hospitality, location and facilities. "

"Front desk staff was amazing Philipino heritage lady (sorry can’t remember her name) really went above and beyond- really good place to stay. If you are ok with kids staying at your hotel- there were many around at the time but they didn’t affect the quality of my stay "

"Excellent staff - attentive £22 for a 3 course unlimited buffet- kids under 5 free - food excellent quality and hot! Pool big and clean Grounds well kept Some areas needed a lick of paint Plenty of loo roll! Great for kids - although the restaurant was very busy and noisy (fine for us as we have kids!)"
