"We have stayed here a few times now. The redecorated rooms are absolutely lovely. The staff, so polite. The spa, perfect for some down time. Highly recommended. The only thing I would change, is the menu. It would be nice to see more fine dining menu, rather than a typical pub meal. Although, the food was very nice. A perfect cooked steak. "I booked a room with balcony I got room on the 3rd floor no balcony almost 50 stairs up not good when you are 75 years old.Room needs small unit to put unpacked clothes in and table by bed.bed was very comfortable but no mattress or pillow protectors.Did not see any staff during the week I was there.would stay again but only if I got what I asked and payed for."
