"Fabulous find on the front. Great location. Parking close if carpark full. Clean and well decorated. Lots of rooms but was incredibly quiet. Had the top room 1 in the Attic. Plenty of space. Tea and coffee plus the water bottles were very welcome. Bed was incredible comfortable and spotless. Pillows great. Slept so well. Towels were white heavy and fluffy. "It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. "Situated about 1 mile from the centre of Skegness, a friendly hotel with good food and drink options including a gluten free menu for all meals. Adjacent to a beach and well kept 18 hole golf course. Outside it gets noisy from about 6:30 which is to be expected from a golf hotel"
