"When you think of the word Penthouse you think luxury. This penthouse was certainly not that. Our main concern was the safety of the electrics which blew repeatedly every night, luckily the owner showed us where the fuse box was so we could reset it every time we were plunged into darkness. "What i was offered and what the room was, were two different things. The manager understood my point and offered me a “upgrade” at a additional price. After checking into my upgraded room, the tv did not work, and the water of the shower was cold and then hot. The room also had a funny smell.... On the upside...
