Many original details contribute to the charm (not modernized, but for us that was a big part of the allure). The staff was accommodating and helpful, and the location very convenient to restaurants and the main tourist attractions. "Hotel is impeccable and in an excellent area. Only about 15 mins walk to some parks and Plaza De España!! There’s also some food and a small convenience store close by. Train station that gets you to the main parts also walking distance. The only thing I didn’t love was how high the tub is and it can be a problem to get in and out also the AC did not cool down very quickly when needed "
