"Everything was great here! It was a little noisy from the walking on the floor above our room. But we loved the location to watch the ships come in and the pool was great for the kids. "

"We have stayed at this property many times. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff were excellent. My spouse and I were excited to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. A few items however were missing. There was not a shower curtain and we discovered when we needed to contact the front desk to report a disturbance during quiet hours, there was not a cord attached to the in room phone. When we reported the disturbance the front desk did not initially acknowledge. When I called back I was treated with little empathy and concern. It was very difficult to enjoy our stay with the neighbors holding a verbal dispute in there room with their children running up and down the hallway screaming and knocking on doors. The morning breakfast was an enjoyable experience and yes we would stay again. "

"This was one of the cleanest rooms I've been in. The walk in shower was great. The water took about 3 minutes to get hot but thats ok. "
