"Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems. "

"Overall about property is good. The only things that I less prefer are the traffic around this area are very packed on morning and evening. This property also lack parking facilities where we need to park at the shopping mall car park, which impose quite high parking fees, as it is seperated from the property."

"When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. I got a room at level 2 and it was a little noisy outside past midnight."

FOX Hotel Glenmarie Shah Alam managed by The Ascott Limited

"My stay at the FOX Hotel Glenmarie was marred by several concerning incidents. The most alarming occurred shortly after check-in when another couple was mistakenly assigned to my occupied room. This created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for all parties involved. While this may have been due to a lag in their reservation system, such a basic security and privacy breach is unacceptable for any hotel. The problems continued when my key card suddenly stopped working after reporting the room mix-up, requiring me to make an unnecessary trip back to reception for reprogramming. Adding to the disappointment, my rest was frequently disturbed by the constant noise of elevator chimes and slamming doors during the early morning hours. These issues reflect poorly on the hotel's operational standards and significantly impacted the quality of my stay."
