"I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. Security is not great - the lock is flimsy, and the outside door to the property is always left open. "Overall the place was great and we had an amazing time. The place is very clean, well equipped, and exactly as advertised. The little community of houses is very cute and there were a lot of friendly families around. The proximity to the mini golf was a favorite for our kids. The only call out I will make is that I believe it says an 8 minute walk to the beach but closest public beach (Rathtrevor Beach) is probably a 20+ minute walk for adults. "One of the best views l've ever had, it felt inspiring to be there. We booked this for a small team business retreat, everyone had an epic time, The location from Lily's enormous place are stunning. Our group really enjoyed the front deck, sauna, backyard pool, and great nearby restaurants and nature. if you're looking for a massive mansion in a quiet neighbourhood to have an amazing time in her place is definitely the one! Can't thank Lily enough, we will definitely be back next year!"
