"We stayed at the end cabin in the cabin complex. The cabin and the complex were really nice. The cabin was one main level with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs back porch area. It was open and spacious with a nice wood decor. The complex had fire pits, corn hole, a sauna, a hot tub etc... The whole place was nice and well thought out. Overall, it was great. I especially enjoyed morning coffee on the upper back deck and more evening smores than I could handle! There was one minor...

We had a few extra family members come out to shoot, fish, cook out and have smores, i let Jimmy know that and he had no problems with that. "The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."
