"The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."

"We absolutely loved our stay here!! But we hated walking into a very HOT cabin. All the air was turned off while the outside was 100+. I can understand leaving the air off in a empty cabin. However when checkin is at 4pm and everyone is unloading their gea, it took it until after 9pm for it to start cooling down. The loft area stayed warm thru the night... "This place is absolutely beautiful, it’s so stunning it almost feels like you’re in a cabin in Colorado! We lived staying here so much we almost booked an extra night. It was so stunning the inside is amazing the kitchen is quite small but it really wasn’t an issue considering it is an open layout and you’re literally in a beautiful cabin! What’s to complain about?
