"This hotel was an incredible property in such a cool area of London. It is a 4 min walk to Borough Market, Tate Modern, the Thames river walk, and Tube station, and had plenty of markets and local restaurants to choose from. The management at the property were very helpful and attentive to our needs, and were able to receive and hold packages that were delivered until we arrived back for the day. Would highly recommend this property for your next visit! "

"We had an amazing stay- first time visiting UK. Loved Canary Wharf area, full of modern hi-rises and modern art, along the river and the Cove Landmark Pinnacle was the perfect place for our “home base” during our 4 day visit to London. It was so convenient to travel around London using the nearby underground. Great restaurants and the staff was so nice and accommodating! "Hotel is situated in a good location at Holborn and is about 2 mins walk from the Holborn metro station. There are many shops, marts, gym and eateries around the vicinity. I booked an executive studio room which comes with kitchenette, private bathroom and comfortable bed. Hotel staff were very helpful and approachable. There is a small gym within the hotel at level one. Hotel breakfast is charged at GBP15 per pax. "

"Room was nice and all the facilities. Shower door went inward soaking it in water, shower leaked water to the outside. BIG ISSUE WAS I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL PURELY FOR ROOM THAT WAS PICTURED and got a very different room. NOT IMP"

"It was a great little boutique hotel. A nice little one bedroom, with a full kitchen well stocked. We had a separate entrance we could use that entered right to the elevator. The staff was very quick to help or respond to something. We were a few blocks away from St. Paul's Cathedral, a walk across the bridge to the other side of the Thames and amazing restaurants. Close enough to everything, including the Tube without being right in the middle of it. Loved it!!! "

"Lovely apartment. Lovely staff who checked us in. Walkable distance to the underground. We wanted a car park space but there weren’t any available. The receptionist said we could park on the street for free as it was weekend, which we were more than happy with. Will definitely stay again. "

good price, location and transport connections

"Nice place to be close to one of the main London shopping arteries - easily to get anywhere in town. A busy and packed hotel, great if you like the buzz of an "American hotel" experience - which I do. Breakfast ok but certainly better value than some of the fashionable eateries on the high street. "

Already planning to go back!

"I was so comfortable here that I really hated leaving to return home. First, the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Second, the breakfast was great and had a good variety of choices to create a full breakfast and then some. It was clean and smelled nice. Third, the location was perfect: easy walking distance to trains, buses, taxis always there, the theatres, Covent Garden (fabulous), landmarks, restaurants and many stores including grocery express and some clothing stores. The only drawback was that there was not a socket to plug my hair dryer and flat iron in in the bathroom - even with the adapter. In the room there are charging ports, some international sockets and American appliance sockets. Haxell's the internal restaurant was awesome. Joe Allens - a theatre themed restaurant has an entrance into the hotel. "
