"The staff are very committed to providing excellent service. The room was puzzlingly absent of lighting, in a way I’ve never experienced anywhere else: no overhead lights at all except for one over the doorway entry, and one small bedside light. Darkest room I’ve ever had: please add at least some light over the desk, plus a lamp or two!"
