"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"PROS: Great location - 5 min walk from Grand Central Station subway access and 6 min walk to Broadway, 5th Ave & time square. Check- in was easy (we were allowed an early check-in at 11:00am). "Room had problem with Roaches. Complain several times before transferring to a better room on our last night of stay. Needs a huge extermination to building and that room the bed is next to cookplate needs plexiglass installed for safety purposes. This was the cheapest we could find you get what you pay for!!!!! "

"The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. The building has great amenities, including a fantastic, large rooftop level with lounge and awesome view of NYC skyline. I’m a New Yorker, but I would do this again in a heartbeat!
