"We had a great stay here for New Year's Eve! It was only a 5 minute walk to the party at The Main Hotel and a lot less expensive than the other downtown hotels. The room was very clean and in good condition. However, the staff members (front desk and valet employees) made our stay really great! We had a friend meeting us just to go to the party at The Main. When we asked at the front desk for the location of the nearest public garage to let her know the best place to park, they offered to let her valet park at the hotel for free! I would definitely stay here again. "

The one compliant I have is whoever was in the unit above the unit my wife and I was in, we could hear stomping/ hard walking most of the time when we were trying to sleep. My wife even called the front desk and told the person on duty about the disturbance, yeah who walks that hard in a hotel?"

"We have stayed at this location a few times and have never been disappointed. The rooms, lobby, dining area, etc. are always clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, even when we checked in on Christmas Eve at almost 11:00 pm. Although the breakfast is not free, it is well priced, expensive, and yummy. My only negative is that we have to park in a deck across the street because there are no hotel spaces unless you're a Diamond Member. That said, the walk to the deck (free parking) is worth everything else. "
