"Wir hatten orchid 1 und orchid 2 als Familie mit 2 Kindern (8+12 Jahre) gebucht, es war aber in der Beschreibung nicht klar, dass es sich um 2 getrennte Einheiten handelte. Die obere war deutlich schöner, die untere war eher düster. Die ganze Anlage hat wohl mal bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett, konnte aber im Prinzip kein Englisch. Sie war sehr herzlich zu den Kindern. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Insgesamt keine schlechte Unterkunft,, aber der Preis war viel...

"Amazing visit with friends. The staff was exceptional. The concierge arranged a driver for us and we felt very safe visiting the city, knowing we had a way back to the hotel. "Perfect stay if you have an early flight. They drop you to the airport for free & its only 10 minutes from old town. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Great price and youll be amazed what you get for your money"

"very nice staff, willing to help and even share recommended restaurant that serve authentic southern Thai food. The room was very clean and quiet, didn’t hear any of our neighbors. Staff was very quick acting when I left my phone in the car, they used their walker talkie to help stop the taxi from driving away because my phone fell on the seat! went above and beyond! "

"The property has a quiet and well maintained garden for a comfortable walk. The staff is friendly and pool facility is clean. There are slides in the pool area for children. The room is spacious and some rooms have own balcony. The morning breakfast item choices are less attractive with limited choices of western food."

so glad i chose art mai

"i’m so happy i chose this hotel and this location. it was literally walking distance to everything (restaurants. one nimman shopping. the white market. maya mall). the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and very helpful whenever i asked questions. roof top pool… yes! the breakfast…yes! the bar…yes! everything was amazing! "
