"The staff was amazing and upgraded our room because our teenage daughter weren't comfortable in the bunk beds made for smaller children. They had no problem accommodating us which made our stay and experience much better. It is nice to stay at a hotel that has great customer service and wants to make their customers comfortable and happy. This is not always the case anymore for some hotel chains. Thank you so much for your great service and caring about the comfort of your customers. "

"I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is probably one of my favorite! To start off, beautiful entrance once you arrive, staff is super friendly, room was excellent, really clean and absolutely loved the shower. Had a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub with a big screen showing a movie at night! Oh yeah did I say the pool and hot tub was 24hours! Also loved how in the evening they served popcorn. Breakfast was phenomenal as well! "

"I wish I can give it 5 stars for property condition but the pool conditions like the steps were unsafe. The step tiles seem to hang over so it’s sharp. My son slice his toe pretty good. Everything else was amazing. Location was wonderful will definitely come back next year."

"Very pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Pillows offered choices of firmness. TV more limited than card showed. Shower with Dove products refreshing. Towels longer than most hotels at this price point. Breakfast limited but adequate. "
