We were a bit concerned that the stores will be closed and stressing about what to eat over Christmas and Boxing Days. Painswick is a beautiful Cotswold village and the property is a few minutes walk from the centre, where you will find excellent pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. A short drive takes you to Stroud where you will find all the major supermarkets and stores together with an impressive farmers market on a Saturday. Arriving to the most comprehensive "welcome pack" we have ever encountered we have no hesitation in recommending this property. 10 out of 10"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Stow. The apartment is on the ground floor with a parking place. It is a short walk to the village. Our only caveat is that the cozy bedroom is quite tight, but we managed it. The apartment is ideal for a couple."
