"There was a 4 pm check in. Property was not ready and we came back at 4.45 p.m. Rooms had cobwebs. Mouse in the dining room and big fireplaces blew out smoke when lit although we followed the directions. Firewood was for sale and not provided. Bathroom broke. Sofa in the main living room was old and sunk down so we could not use. "We rented Barebones to celebrate my father in laws 80th Birthday. We were a party of 11. The house was beautiful, clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our group. "We loved our stay here. This is a spacious country cottage in the Cotswolds, 10 minutes away from Tetbury, which is perfect for a big weekend away. 14 of us stayed in this beautiful property and we had a brilliant time - the layout is perfect for entertaining a large group. It’s modern, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was the perfect finishing touch. I’d highly recommend this for a big gathering - the location is brilliant and the property is even better. "
