"Dining shopping not too far, but not walkable. The amount we paid was more than double the advertised price, yet we were still asked to perform a laundry list of cleaning tasks before exiting the unit (vacuuming, folding blankets, emptying and taking out gargage, etc.). I realize there is likely a management fee, but most VRBO properties do not require anything more than making sure doors and windows are secure, sink is clear, thermostats set at certain temps, etc. The property is also in...

"Location was great for skiing at Stratton. Plenty of space for two families that we were not on top of one and other. House was very comfortable. Owner was great providing us details and information we needed for our stay. He was also flexible with our check out time this afternoon. We were so grateful since my husband was not able to ski. We hope to come back again "

"We felt very welcome and enjoyed every moment. Rik is an awesome host and the property is unique and fun! It is a large chunk of mountainside with the owner’s (amazing) home, this rental, and a complex of tree-houses. Be prepared for a long, hilly dirt road up to the property. I was very glad I borrowed an AWD vehicle for the trip. "

"On a farm in the country…..stars blazing at night for hot tub. Cozy loft had amazing mattress and pillows! Our dog enjoyed the surrounding field. Beautiful! "

"The cabin is indeed private, warm and cozy with plenty of space for 7 adults. The appliances in the kitchen are updated and mattresses are comfortable. We were very disappointed with the unpleasant odor in the house (septic) that was difficult to mask with scented candles and cooking. We contacted the Vacasca representative our first full day in the home and were expecting a phone call for an onsite inspection that never happened "

"The property was wonderful and the hosts were equally as wonderful. Beds were SO comfy and the hot tub was a wonderful post ski hang spot. Super close to magic mountain and lots of great restaurant/coffee recs. Can’t wait to return!"

"The studio condo we reserved had a last minute appliance issue so the owner upgraded us to a one bedroom and even accommodated an early check in. Everything worked out fine. The condo is next to village and to get to the lifts it’s a quick walk through the village and you’re there. Very clean unit with excellent water pressure and hot water. Plan to come back soon. "

"Wonderful location and comfortable. Appliances were a bit dated, but that didn’t impact our stay. The unit was not cleaned from the previous occupants upon our check in and took a few hours to do so. This is not the fault of the owner, but did impact our initial experience. Overall wonderful though. Great location and comfortable with a working fireplace. Would stay here again. "
