"My wife had surgery at Victoria Hospital. The hotel was very accommodating to allow us to get all the check in information done prior to being at the hospital. Being able to park my car there and walk to and from the hospital allowed me to be there for her. They were very flexible with extending my stay when I needed it. Breakfast was good. My stay there helped to ease much stress during a hard time. Thanks to all of you. "

"Booked the room for an overnite stay, but got a call a few days before to let me know that renovations had made me room unavailable & I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite at No extra charge. The suite was clean, spacious & comfortable, as well as warm & well heated. Staff were pleasant & wonderful too. Definitely recommend this hotel & I will definitely stay here again! "
