"Two reviews should be written for this property. The first night's accommodation was quite unsatisfactory, up two flights of stairs, one without a handrail, an unsightly shower stall and three (live) wasps sharing the space. The owner accommodatingly changed our room for the second night...and it made a world of difference. No stairs, elegantly appointed quarters, mildew - and wasp - free."

"It was a beautiful old house with antique furnishings. Lots of nice decorations and little touches that made for a great experience. We had a bedroom and sitting room which we thoroughly enjoyed.However, you may have to go up one or two floors to your room with no elevator. I did notice anyone offering to carry your bags"

"Green Gables Bungalow Court was a nice location for my wife and I to stay while we were in Cavendish to visit the various sites related to the author of the Anne of Green Gables books. Our cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable for the amount of time we were there. We made use of the kitchen facilities while we were there, there were adequate dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker and tea pot. Communication from the staff was excellent before we arrived. "We were the only two in our party, but this would be a great place for multiple families or friends to stay and still have their own space. It's very close to Green Gables activities. We had a lovely view from our cabin of the sunset. We did notice some strange noises at night-possibly the cabin settling or wild animals around the area."
