You have to wake up at 7 am to get a chance at a late check out. Winter has no parking so we went out for the evening and parked at queen street parkade. They look the mall at night. Long cold walk back to hotel. Pool closed for 3 hours during the day is excessive.

The state at the hotel itself was very nice. It was clean, great location to shops, dining and attractions. The area around the hotel, though is very rundown. Lots of construction and unhoused persons.
