I actually was traveling back and forth to the rehab hospital in Portsmouth and it was easy access there (so I wasn't on the normal beach vacation here) but this place definitely suited my needs for that. The parking spot is right out the front door, there is one step up to the porch, and then one step down into the unit. "This is a beautiful unit with lots of space and every amenity you can think of. One of my usual pet peeves with rentals is that there are not enough hooks. This place had hooks all over! View and location were gorgeous. Place was incredibly clean. My only suggestion is to lessen the (not so bad) requirements for checkout. If I am paying a cleaning fee, I would prefer not having to take my own trash out and put the towels in the washer. Other than that, just superb!"

"The room size was nice, bigger than hotel room. It was off the strip but close enough to walk. Vrbo map has location wrong though, says it's on Charles Street but it's on BLVD further north. Definitely would stay here again. "
