Cottage had plenty of room for my husband and with another couple would still be spacious. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We always enjoy off season visits to York…little traffic and fewer people. 😁 Thanks to Phyllis and her quick communication. "

"Nicole is a super host (pun intended). We didn’t meet in person, but she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. The cottage was clean, quiet, and well-apportioned. Extras were provided and were much appreciated. Hot water and a working furnace were so appreciated. The cottage is close to everything and truly steps away from Long Sands Beach. I recommend this cottage and staying in October. Very cozy. "

"We stayed in mid-October for a wedding. Front porch has amazing sunrises and retains heat during the day in the off-season. Close to lots of amazing things including the beach (front yard). Hosts were easy to contact. There is a mandatory third party damage waiver as an FYI. Would stay again! Thanks!"
