"Excellent price "

"Our stay was WONDERFUL, mostly due to the incredible customer service. The first morning, I overslept and got down for breakfast just after they closed everything. Instead of looking at me and frustration like most hotels, the woman cleaning up (I think her name was Amanda) was so kind and offered me coffee and something from the omelette station, as they had not yet completely shut that down. Very, very thoughtful of her, and nice to be made to feel like a welcome guest, even though I was the one who was not on time. I also had a slip and fall out at a wedding that weekend, and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind to help me with a large Ziploc bag from the kitchen to put ice in for my ice pack. They also helped my husband with the use of a wheelchair for the remainder of the weekend to cart me around everywhere in the hotel. Definitely a customer service focus at this hotel! We appreciated it so much!"

"We arrived just after check-in (3 pm on a Friday) and the room was already perfect and ready for us on the 4th floor (the top of the hotel). We had two queen beds with three huge fluffy pillows each and lovely down alternative bedding. Local channels, Netflix, and YouTube are available, but we just wanted to crash. We passed the pool on our way in- it was curtained off from the hall, which was a very appreciated touch. There is also a dining area on the way in on the first floor, with offerings from breakfast to basic pub fare and hummus. It was nice to know there were options for food and entertainment if we were in search of activities beyond family. The shower pressure was great, and the room was super quiet. We had no idea if anyone was staying in rooms near us or not despite the parking lot being full the entire weekend. That says a lot. The next time we are in need of a room, we will make sure to stay here."
